Custom Special Purpose
Door Frames
Pre-Lock custom door frames are
fabricated locally in Toronto
from 16 ga., .060 [1.5mm] Wipe
Coat Galvanized Steel or G90
(1.25 oz./sq.ft.). Stainless
steel frames are also
available. (Specify type and
finish.)
All frames are mortised,
reinforced drilled and tapped
for hinges, strikes and other
hardware as needed. Guard boxes
are provided for all hinge and
strike reinforcements.
Frames are available set up and
arc welded or as three-piece
knock-down or saw-cut mitre.
A full range of anchoring
options are provided including,
T anchors, wire anchors, tension
and two-piece drywall anchors
and welded floor flange anchors.
