E8SG series padlock with "SHACKLE GUARD" exceeds the requirements of the ASTM
and draft "CEN" standards as well as other leading international standards for
padlocks.
The padlock body is of hardened steel, and the shackles are of hardened Boron
alloy, significantly increasing resistance to sawing, levering, chiselling,
hammering, twisting and cutting.
Additional features include a rotating hardened disc to resist drilling, pick
resistant , protective keyway shutters to prevent dirt and dust contamination,
and drainage holes to prevent freezing.
Key retained when open. Two keys supplied with each padlock.
Included is the Interactive locking mechanism with patented keys. Restrictive
key duplicating requiring signature identification fullfill the requirements of
those looking for the highest level of security.
