The TAOL is one of the largest and most successful Locksmith Associations in North America, and has been serving it's members and the public since 1973.  The TAOL exists to educate and provide a friendly exchange of information between all of it's members and promote the image of all Locksmiths in Ontario.  The TAOL works with Manufactures and Distributors towards the best interests of the industry at large.

The TAOL has a uniform Code of Ethics that all members must obey and adhere to.   The TAOL promotes and develops an excellent apprenticeship program for Locksmiths with the goal of being officially recognized as a separate trade.

The TAOL also provides a referral system for any member of the general public who may be looking for a competent Locksmith for their home or business.
